Ongoin Login Problems (error 10065)

For nearly 2 weeks, I have been trying to login, listening to the "tech support" tell me they are upgrading their systems and to try again in 2 hours. Now after 2 people on the phone for an hour, they tell my they cannot resolve my issue. Nice huh? I have had a Live account for 9 years, it works with every MSN aspect EXCEPT this zune. I have re-installed the zune software both from the web file and the cd multiple times, tried to create new live accounts, and still nothing. Tech support has been absolutely worthless and gives me no hope that whatever the problem is that it's going to be resolved. is ANYONE still having this problem, i'd like to have a reason to not take this worthless mp3 player back to the store because I can't download music from the own company's software.
